    2017 escape no front turn signals or fogs

    helping my niece with her first car a 2017 escape 1.5 found out the front turn signals and fog lights dont work dug into it and theres no wiring harness at all looks like it had a front end hit and got patched up with zip ties and string found an unplugged connector but no idea what goes there...
