Key fob problems

So got the Ford Escape 2025 Platinum PHEV but I'm not sure what's happening with the key fobs. Very often the key fob does not get recognized when clicking the push button start. Then almost always lately I try to open the car but it cannot unlock using the key fob. Both keys got new batteries now, no change. Reset the car. No change. What to do? Is my key fob antenna messed up? Any input is ,much appreciated.

if you already changed the batteries and reset the car but still having issues then it's likely an interference or antenna problem first check if it happens everywhere or just in certain locations because strong wireless signals like wi-fi routers or even other key fobs nearby can mess with recognition if it's happening all the time try holding the fob closer to the start button or the backup slot usually in the center console or under the steering wheel to see if it works there if it does then it's an antenna issue and you might need the dealer to check for a faulty receiver module also make sure the fob isn't damaged inside sometimes even a minor drop can mess up the circuit

if it's not bcs of the battery, then usually bcs needs reprogramming. maybe, it's time to visit the dealer and ask for reprogramming

Wifi and keyfobs operate on entirely different frequencies so unless there's a massive antenna a few feet away, it's not going to cause a problem. Sounds like an issue with the antenna or the fob, and since it's a 2025 model, i think it's something that the dealer should try and figure out.
