I got this Ford Escape and have been using the FordPass app on my phone to remotely start it, which is pretty slick so far.
But sometimes, you know, phone batteries die or you're out of signal range.
Plus, I kind of miss having a good old fashioned remote with some decent distance.
I don't want to go messing with aftermarket systems though, keeping it Ford original is the name of the game for me.
So, I stumbled upon these OEM Ford parts, like a remote Start Key Fob (Part No.: JS7Z-15K601-B), and remote Start Antenna (Part No.: JS7Z-15603-A)
they look exactly like what I need, but where in the heck does that antenna even plugin?
Has anyone here been down this road before?
