1.5L Short Block Campaign, anyone covered?

Got hit with a new ford campaign for the 1.5L engine, FordPass gave me no real info. I already did the pcm reflash earlier, but this one looks tied to mileage (84k/7yrs). I'm at 88k, but if the issue started before Nov 2022, it might still be covered, it feels like the old short block fix. Gonna check my extended warranty to be sure, I really don't know how ford handles it?

If you have extended warranty, I'm pretty sure it's still covered. But the issue started then and you're just bringing it now? Why not then?
