My 2015 Escape had worsening intermittent power steering loss, so i replaced the Power Steering Torque Rotation Sensor following online guides. But now, after the swap, the power steering isnt working at all. Any ideas on what I should check or do next?

I think, before anything more, you should really look into the calibration procedure because some of those sensors need programming before they work. Also make sure the connectors are fully seated and free of corrosion. You'll be fine!

Good call, i haven't checked into the calibration side of it yet so that might be the next step. When you say calibration, is that something I can do myself with a basic scan tool, or does it usually need dealer level equipment?
