Sync gadgets to 2020 ford escape

My sister has an Escape and wanted me to link up her gadgets. I got her phone linked up with Bluetooth, but can I also use the USB cable to get stuff from your phone onto the screen?

Her iPod works fine, but her Android phone just won't sync up. She really wanna use her phone's maps and see 'em on the Escape's screen.

I don't have the manual guys, please help!

Bluetooth is mainly for calls and audio.
If you need your maps from your android phone onto the screen, you need to check if her Escape has Android Auto
You'll need that app installed on her phone.

Yep, she'll need the Android Auto app installed, then plug in via USB and follow the prompts on both screens. If nothing pops up, try a different cable or USB port since some only support charging.
