Hey man, that's an interesting idea and also a very big project! I'm curious what made you want to make that kind of swap? I've overheard two guys discussing something this at the shop over the weekend but I don't know anyone personally who's done it with a second gen. I think the biggest challenges will definitely include the electronics and wiring. I imagine you might need to reflash your ECU or find one from a manual-equipped vehicle, which seems pretty rate for that year and engine combo. Then you also have to make mods for your pedal assembly, clutch components, and a lot of other hardware. It sounds like a lot of work, honestly. Isn't it easier to just sell yours and get another with a manual transmission?
