Went for a lovely drive in my 2017 Escape, opened the sunroof, and now it's refusin to close. The sunshade is unresponsive too. Would appreciate any advice for gettin it back in workin order before the weather takes a turn for the worse! 😢

Sorry to hear about this experience . Seems like the sunroof motor or track might be jammed . Try pressing the button a few times while gently tapping near the frame to nudge it back into action . If that doesnt work , check the fuse box since a blown fuse could be the reason behind this stubborn behavior .

I ended up taking it to a pro and got everything working smoothly again. Glad to have it sorted before the weather took a turn 😮‍💨
